Brenda has spent her career building strong relationships with people and motivating them to find out what drives them. She connects easily with a diverse range of individuals and groups and creates safe environments where they can flourish.

Having extensive experience as an accredited coach, Brenda successfully coaches her clients to identify and achieve their goals using a solution focused approach. Her executive coaching style supports emerging and experienced leaders to identify their strengths and resources and focus on actions and habits for positive change.

Whilst commencing her career as an educator, Brenda has experienced success as a teacher, school leader, career strategy consultant, lecturer, business owner, facilitator and executive coach. She has travelled to every state in Australia to deliver programs to participants in cities, regional and very remote areas.  Her audiences have been diverse and the programs have been widely varied. 

Her passion is to make a difference and foster a sense of joy and hope in others.
